BBC Cymru Wales and The Arts Council of Wales - Horizon Tour 2015

Some of Wales’ most exciting new music-makers will hit the road with a seven date tour across England and Wales in March.

BBC Cymru Wales and Arts Council of Wales have selected artists from across Wales to be a part of the Horizons project.
