Covid 19: Health Passes & Safety Measures

Covid Passes at The Hall

*UPDATE 18TH FEBRUARY 2022*

From Feb 18th 2022, The Queens Hall Narberth are NO LONGER required by Law to ask for a Covid Pass or Negative LFT from patrons attending Live events. This is in line with Welsh Government guidance. If there are any further changes, we will contact all ticket holders directly and announce via the website and social media channels.

Please continue to help us keep Covid-19 out of the building by staying home if you have any Covid-like symptoms, have a positive test result or have been asked to self-isolate.

Our safety controls remain in place as follows;

  1. Significantly improved fresh air ventilation piped in to the Venue in line with HSE ventilation guidelines – the single most powerful tool in reducing the risk of aerosol transmission

  2. Adjusted set times to further enhance ventilation before, after and in-between acts by opening doors and windows

  3. Installed CO2 monitors to continually assess air quality

  4. Installed HEPA filter hand driers which kill 99.99% of bacteria and viruses including Covid-19

  5. Installed hand sanitizing stations throughout the building and additional hand basins in the toilets

  6. Continuing enhanced cleaning regime including fogging which kills 99.99% of bacteria and viruses including Covid-19

  7. Installed ‘no-touch’ ticketing and cashless payment systems

  8. Installed new bar system and increased number of tills and card machines to significantly reduce queuing times

From Nov 15th 2021, those who wish to attend Live Music, Theatre, Comedy or Film events at The Queens Hall Narberth will be required by Law to present a valid Covid Pass OR digital proof of a negative lateral flow test taken in the last 24 hours. This only applies to those aged 18 or over.

--------

Get your NHS COVID Pass | GOV.WALES

No photo ID? Then you can request a Paper Certificate. Please call 0300 303 5667 but be aware this can take up to 14 working days.

-------

If you don’t want to disclose your vaccine status or won't receive your paper certificate in time, you can bring digital proof of a negative Lateral Flow Test, taken within 24 hours or less of the event.

1. You can order LFTs to be posted to your home address HERE

2. You MUST then register the test result via this website Report a COVID-19 rapid lateral flow test result - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)

3. Next, ensure you bring to the event the EMAIL or TEXT sent to you following registration which verifies your negative test result. Bringing the physical test with you to the venue will not count as proof of a negative test result.

Unfortunately anyone who does not have a Covid Pass or digital proof of a negative LFT will not legally be able to enter the Hall, regardless of whether they have purchased a ticket. No refunds will be given.

We are not pleased to introduce these measures, however, by doing so, we meet our legal obligations; in conjunction with our existing safety measures in place at the Hall, we hope this gives people confidence to come and enjoy our events.
