8 BEAT DEEP | Drum n Bass Jungle Hip Hop

8 BEAT DEEP is the 1st of an annual event created by local DJ Joey Del Toro to not only celebrate his birthday but his love of Jungle and Hip Hop culture, where he will be inviting artists within the scene to join him on stage.

1st of the special guests we have LUBI J and ELECTRA both well established DJs within the underground rave scene. LUBI J is an old school Junglist who likes to dig deep into the archives and has played alongside some of the greats, playing sets at Boomtown, Concrete Junglist, Subject 13 and many more over the years. ELECTRA brings a bit of Jungle techno to the mix again playing sets at nights such as Metalheadz, Function and recently broadcasting live on the world famous HöR Berlin. So when you put these two together you get an explosion of high energy hardcore Junglism that rocks the dancefloor.

Next up we have some live hip hop from MISTAFIRE

This man is certainly no stranger to the stage a regular at many clubs and festivals such as GLASTONBURY, BOOMTOWN, NASS and many more. Making his name well within the UK Hip Hop scene with his band Se Fire and there huge album "Match in the Ocean"

Since then MISTAFIRE has worked on projects such as DUTCH MOB and releasing much of his own material, Which has lead him to traveling the world with his music, From Pembrokeshire to Bristol to New York, JAMAICA and now back to Pembrokeshire for this special night.

Support will come from two of Pembrokeshires finest Jungle Turntablists TRAV and CULT VADER who will digging through there crates to give you some history of the scene we love.
