Here at The Queens Hall Narberth, we pride ourselves on being as flexible as possible, offering a multi-faceted space for hire in Pembrokeshire. The venue has been fully refurbished, offering a large, clean space in the heart of Pembrokeshire for music events, weddings (hyper link to wedding page), parties, theatre, comedy, conferences, fairs and everything in between.

• Brand new full heating/air con installed to maintain comfort all year round
• Standing capacity of 473
• Seated capacity (theatre style) of 271
• Can be arranged for Cabaret seating for 150-200
• On-site catering available from Block & Barrel Narberth on request

Music Event Package 

Our dedicated in-house staff are available to help you plan, market and deliver your event. Whether this is your first live gig or you are a seasoned promoter, no event is too big or too small so please get in touch to discuss your ideas. 

As part of our Music Event Package, we offer; 

• 8x5m modular stage
• Modern 12K Line Array PA System and lighting setup with expert technical services 
• A fully licensed bar with DPS and friendly bar staff 
• A dedicated Box Office and digital ticketing service to sell tickets  
• Backstage changing rooms with shower and facilities

• Excellent free wifi across the whole venue 

Theatre Package

As above, plus;

• Access from wings both stage left and+ stage right, plus room to Crossover behind the stage 
• Tiered audience seating available

Daytime Hire

• Suitable for exercise classes, clubs, markets and fairs plus lectures and seminars
• 30x trestle tables and 140 chairs available on request 
• Tiered audience seating available 
• Large Cinema screen/large projector screen/whiteboards etc available

The Queens Hall Narberth is an excellent, centrally located venue perfect to hold your conference in Pembrokeshire. Easily accessible via the A40 with a large council-owned car park to the rear, we can design the venue to suit you and your clients needs.
