Divas through the Decades

This show celebrates the iconic female singers and the incredible songs that have shaped the sound track of our lives throughout the 60’s, 70’s, 80’s and 90’s.

BAFTA nominated composer Danny Chang, brings his stunning new show Divas Through The Decades, to The Queens Hall Narberth. Danny has worked with Tom Jones, Dennis Waterman, Su Pollard, Lenny Henry, to name but a few.

He was also responsible for the musical score and songs to the Oscar nominated animated film Famous Fred staring Lenny Henry and penned a song for the sound track album of Eddie Murphys film The Golden Child.

For the band ‘The Icons’ he is joined by vocalists Emily Jolly (The Connections), vocalist and piano player Jane Williams (Van Morrison, Wild Willy Barrett and Omega Two), bassist Jeremy Richardson (John Hackett Band), multi-instrumentalist Chris Egan (The Kentish Spires, Nuadha Quartet), drums Martin Bowen (Anthology) and keyboard player Mayu Egan (music producer), Danny Chang guitar.
