Grief Disco

Created by Georgina Jones and Leah Siân Davies, Grief Disco is part ritual, part movement, part celebration of life; it’s about giving people a safe, welcoming space to feel their grief and their joy, side by side

Together, Georgina and Leah create an environment like no other. It is not just a disco, it is a space where people feel deeply seen, connected, and uplifted. Attendees often leave saying they have never experienced anything like it and they mean that in the best way possible

WHAT TO EXPECT:

• Opening Circle Ritual led by somatic coach Leah Siân Davies, drawing on her rich experience in creative and therapeutic practices
• The Rituals Table – a dedicated space where attendees can take part in personal or shared grief rituals, writing messages, or joining in quiet reflection
• Our special Dedication Tree – a collective act of remembrance, where people can honour loved ones who have died by leaving a written dedication
• Luna offering the best in dance, house, and disco music — uplifting sounds that give people permission for joy
• Closing Ritual led by Leah, making sure that everyone feels looked after, grounded, and safe to leave
• All of the activities including the dancing are down to the individual – There is no pressure or “forced fun”
