Lengthen, Strengthen and Breathe Yoga with Anni

Anni is participating in the Queens Hall Narberth Winter of Wellbeing events.

** Introductory offer ** 1 free session for newcomers

50 mins pranayama (breathing exercises) and guided meditation.

10 mins integration.

1 hr asana flow practice (body movement).

Please feel free to come for the whole 2hrs, or come to either the breath work or body movement - whatever is right for you. Both classes are suitable for everybody.

£7 per hr, or £12 for the full 2 hrs.

Studio 1 (second floor). 17:30 - 19:30.

Every Wednesday beginning 17th July, With the first session being free.

Please wear comfortable clothes, bring a yoga mat, blanket and water bottle.
