Disco is back this Christmas!!! And this time, it’s here to stay…

Cardiff-based ‘Slipped Disco’ are a ferocious, 9-piece live act with blasting horn section, hooky vocals and dazzling percussion, layered over the infectious grooves of their classy backline players.

Fusing classic disco bangers with a heavy dose of funk, the band have taken audiences by storm since their conception in 2018, and continue to raise roofs wherever they roam. So dust off your disco balls, grab those flares and boogie on down to all the freshest disco beats!

Slipped Disco is comprised of some of the best musicians in South Wales, who all share a love of 70s disco music. The band play all your favorites from the genre, and dress like they've stepped straight out of Studio 54. The band often perform medleys of songs to ensure the dancefloor doesn't stop moving. The band are ideally suited to performing at weddings, parties, functions and festivals. Expect tunes from Chic, Gloria Gaynor, ABBA, Earth Wind and Fire, the Bee Gees and more besides

Our guest headline DJ is: Nathan Worm from 'Worm Disco Club' and Worm Discs in Bristol.

For the best part of a decade Worm Disco Club have been DJ’ing, hosting amazing parties, booking incredible bands, curating festival stages (Glastonbury/Shambala/We Out Here) and making people wriggle all across Bristol.

Nathan is a DJ, collector, curator and radio presenter who grew up in Pembrokeshire, and cut his teeth as a DJ at Swansea’s legendary Monkey Bar.

He has been a DJ for 17 years, and much like his heroes Mr Scruff and Gilles Peterson, he joins the dots playing all sorts of juicy groove-laden sounds, both the classics and rare dance-floor heaters from across the disco, funk, afro, tropical, jazz and electronic dance music spectrums.

Expect an eclectic party set of the grooviest manner, disco sure, but plenty of surprises also to make sure you smile and wiggle until the lights come up!
