Somatic Yoga

Somatic yoga is a regulating and healing practice that invites you to attune inwards through deep embodied experiencing. This beautifully expressive form of yoga blends free, intuitive movement with shaking, rocking and breath work.
We work with the nervous system to find deep regulation, helping to release stagnant energy, process emotions and reconnect you with your most vibrant, authentic self. By awakening the body’s innate intelligence, somatic yoga supports resilience, renewal and a profound sense of peace with every part of who you are.
Each session is an invitation to move beyond the busy mind and into the wisdom of your body - opening space for clarity, vitality and freedom.
