Yoga with Michelle

Having practiced yoga for over 40 years, the classes are a blend of the many disciplines Michelle has enjoyed over the years, these include iyengar, Ashtanga, yin, power and hatha.
With an enjoyment for sharing this transformative and powerful practice with those familiar and unfamiliar with yoga.
There are many physical benefits that accrue from a regular yoga practice. The 3 most obvious are the immediate increase in your balance, strength and flexibility, with the added bonus and deeper aspects of regulating your nervous system through breath work and moving towards the stillness of a quieter state of mind.
With a limited supply of mats, blocks and belts available to borrow during a session. (these are allocated on a first come, first served basis)
