Yogasana

Taking inspiration from Patanjali's Yoga Sutra 2.46, sthira-sukham-asanam; finding the balance between 'effort' and 'ease'.
Exploring dynamic and static postures; practicing with awareness of breath and how it faciltates movement.
Expect pranayama (breath-work) and asana (posture); with relaxation to finish.
