Join Elle for the year, the month or just a day, whatever fits for you!

Classes open to all genders and ages over 18*.

Four Wednesday classes every month, with the option of a Monthly Pass (£34) or Drop-In (£10 p/class). Concessions for low or no income is £28.

Each month we focus on a different flow. With four weeks to practice; enabling you to gain familiarity, strength, flexibility and perhaps make some improvements along the way.

May: 07, 14, 21, 28

Block 1 starting May: 07th

Block 2 starting June: 25th

Block 3 starting Aug: 6th

Block 4 starting Sep: 10th

Block 5 starting Oct: 15th

Block 6 starting Nov: 19th

Pranayama (breath work) will be centred around Ujjayi, with various layers of practices added and changed each month.

As always, to finish, expect a short relaxation in Shavasana (laying).
