Join Elle for the year, the month or just a day, whatever fits for you!
Classes open to all genders and ages over 18*.
Four Wednesday classes every month, with the option of a Monthly Pass (£34) or Drop-In (£10 p/class).
Concessions for low or no income is £28.
Each month we focus on a different flow.
With four weeks to practice; enabling you to gain familiarity, strength, flexibility and perhaps make some improvements along the way.
Block 2: 25th June - 23rd July
Block 3: 6th Aug - 27th Aug
Block 4: 10th Sep - 01st October
Block 5: 15th Oct - 05th Nov
Block 6: 19th Nov - 10th Dec
Pranayama (breath work) will be centred around Ujjayi, with various layers of practices added and changed each month.
As always, to finish, expect a short relaxation in Shavasana (laying).
