Young Promoters Pembrokeshire presents: Nookee + support from Queen Beezie
Fri, 30 May 2025 - Presented by: The Queens Hall
Event Style: All Ages - under 18's to be accompanied by a adult
This is a Standing Event
Doors Open at 7:30pm

NOOKEE are an identical-twin-fronted Welsh group who weave their magic through genre-defying sound. Expect a soup of soulful story driven experimentation, funky world groove, tribal percussion and poetic ethereal harmony.
The group’s curated live show has been likened to that of Frank Zappa, Pink Floyd and Earth, Wind & Fire, bringing more than sound art to their visionary performances.
Get ready for a full spectrum of emotions, powerhouse vocal art, hypnotic grooves from Samba to Disco and the punchy noise of psychedelic rock.
Support: Queen Beezie – Expect the funkiest of baselines and even sexier guitar riffs. With inspirations of funk, reggae and rock combined with echoes of punk and soul, all fronted by powerful female vocals.
Please note: All under 18's to be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult
Limited seating available
This event is brought to you by the 'Making Music Events: Young Promoters in Pembrokeshire' project, funded by Anthem Cymru and delivered by the Queens Hall Narberth. The project is designed to address geographical and rural isolation for young people in Wales, through the medium of live music. The Young Promoters Pembrokeshire have designed a programme of 5 exciting live music events at the Queens Hall Narberth, promoting contemporary young artists from Wales, so keep your eyes peeled for more gigs over the coming months.
