COVID 19 Statement - Queens Hall Events 2020

Queens Hall Statement

COVID-19

Situation Update 04/04/2020

As we have previously highlighted, The Queens Hall will be closed for the foreseeable future. Our Main Office is now closed

We are currently working with bands and promoters to reschedule events from the next few months and all pre-paid tickets remain valid. We are working through contacting all ticket holders using the details provided on booking. There is a high number of people to contact, so please bear with us.

We are determined to re-open for our community as soon as we can. However, we will not do so until it is considered safe. We hope to re-open our doors to gig-goers at the beginning of September 2020. This may be subject to change so we will keep you updated through social media and our website thequeenshall.org.uk

We appreciate these are very difficult and uncertain times. If you have any questions, please Contact Us

Queens Hall Statement

COVID-19

We hope this statement clarifies our current position as a venue and a community facility in response to the current Coronavirus outbreak.

As an organisation, we are following guidelines from Public Health Wales. In line with this, The Queens Hall currently has no plans to cancel any forthcoming events in the programme. The Queens Hall trustees are monitoring the official lines of communication and will reissue a new statement should the position change.

For your reassurance, mass gatherings have NOT yet been banned in the UK. As patrons, it is up to each individual to decide if they wish to attend. We do request however, if you show any of the symptoms as defined by Public Health Wales, that you self-isolate as current guidelines state.

The Queens Hall will be implementing hand sanitizing stations at the point of entry at ALL forthcoming events. We would duly request all patrons to use these upon entering the building. We would like to apologise for the extra delay this may add in getting you into the venue.

Refunds

We currently have no plans to cancel any events on recommedation of Public Health Wales. All tickets purchased remain valid and no refunds will be issued in line with our current Refund Policy. We are in regular contact with the bands/promoters of forthcoming events and will relay updates as and when we have them.

Finally, should you feel unwell in anyway in the lead up to your attendance at the Hall, please consider your position.

Official advice regarding Coronavirus can be found at Public Health Wales
