Freelance Community Projects & Networking Officer
The Queens Hall Narberth (QHN) is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Wales-based freelancer to co-create a series of subsidised, volunteer-led arts and wellbeing activities + events with local community members.
About this project
The ‘Improving Community Wellbeing through Arts & Volunteering Activities at The Queens Hall Narberth’ project is a community engagement project funded by the Levelling Up Fund and Welsh Government. This project was designed in response to recent QHN stakeholder research which highlighted an appetite for facilitated, affordable, safe and creative activities as a way to negate the pressures individuals face locally from current socio-economic forces. The project is particularly looking to engage Young People, Older People, those with decreased mental wellness and those socially isolated such as new parents, though our target audience will be defined by the needs of our local community.
