2 Floors of meeting rooms which are disabled friendly and accessible via our lift or stairs. Multiple room layouts available and also conferencing equipment such as Projector, Screens, Worksheets able to be hired by users. We can also supply conferences and meetings with a catering option with light finger buffets and other refreshment options available depending on your style of meeting or hire from our in-house Cafe, Sospan Fach.

Overlooking Narberth High Street, The balcony room is a comfortable environment in which to hold meetings, and is most commonly used for board meetings, seminars and training days. This room has a removable partition, which allows the room to be extended for slightly larger meetings. This room can seat 40 lecture style, 30 classroom style, or 24 boardroom style. Extended the capacity increases to 50 lecture, 40 classroom or 30 board-room style.

Situated on the top floor, this is a large open and bright room which also serves as a gallery for the visual arts. It can seat up to 40 lecture style or up to 30 in boardroom style. It is frequently used for lectures, slide shows and workshops.
